Downton Distillery is the spiritual manifestation (literally and figuratively) of the irrepressible, Hugh Anderson. Situated adjacent to vineyards on the beautiful West Wiltshire Downs at the edge of Cranbourne Chase, Downton Distillery is the home of the much lauded Explorer’s Gin. But Downton Distillery is more than just one product. The wheels of Anderson’s imagination are constantly turning and there is always something new and unique around the corner. Downton Distillery is focused on sustainability, pioneering reusable and recyclable refill packs and even refill points where you can recharge your empty Explorer’s bottles - and it just so happens that our Honeycombers Salisbury shop is one of those refill very points!
