Named after the emblematic white chalk horses which adorn hills in WIltshire and the Cotswolds, White Horse Honey is the product of the hard work and dedication of head beekeeper, Stephen Auty. Stephen first fell in love with beekeeping at the age of 11, when a local beekeeper came to his house to remove a swarm. After helping him out after school and at weekends, Stephen eventual took the plunge and started beekeeping himself. After a short career in retail, Stephen eventually found the call of the hive irresistible and became a full time beekeeper in 2008. And like so many, he has not looked back since.
