Harvested in the Autumn months in years where the bees already have enough honey for the winter, Ivy flower is often the last of the forage before the hive starts to slow down.

With a pungent flavour, Ivy honey is most certainly distinctive. Herbaceous green notes of ivy leaf, with hints of Concord grape and bubblegum.
