Hampshire | Woodland | Honeydew
From Brockenhurst Park Estate in the middle of the New Forest National Park. The honey is exceptional in that it is one of only a few British honeys containing any significant amount of honeydew honey. Honeydew is the product of aphids tapping the sap of trees, which the bees then harvest without the aphids being disturbed. It has dark, rich, malty and metallic notes. Glorious!

N.B. All raw honeys will crystallise over time. If you find that this honey has started to develop crystals and that you would prefer to enjoy it in a runny state, gently warm your honey jar in some hand-hot water
