Hive Mind Mead & Brew Co., the new name for Wye Valley Meadery, use honey from their own Wye Valley hives in their range of contemporary style ‘sparkling meads’. This one is combines the classic spring flavour of fresh elderflowers with honey, and is gently fermented together to create this sparkling Elderflower Mead
